Our Quality Control Department is lead by an experienced
Microbiologist with 40 dedicated & well-train QC Staff.
In every stage of production the department strictly maintains
the quality control standard set by US HACCP & EU Codex
regulations. In the entrance of the working area all the
staff is checked about their personal hygiene. Cleaning
process is a regular schedule of our expert cleaning team
and Monitoring is done by QC Department during the production.
During the production process if found any non-conformity
against standard Q.C Staff issue WARNING NOTE and ensure
corrective action. The sources of raw material are under
control position and traceability through several code numbers
which is helpful to determine the source. We procure fresh
and high quality raw material fishery products. Process
safe and whole sum food products following GMPs, HACCP (codex)
and meet BRC requirements. Following the object of GHPs
requirements. Maintained GLPs requirements. Emphasis on
continuous training of employees and encourage team work.
Maintained the legality of country's rule and regulation
of fishery product. We have own water supply with water
treatment plant and Ultra Violet radiation system. We ensure
safe water and ice. We have own safe flack ice.
The quality assurance is guaranteed through our modern microbiological
laboratory. We produce and supply products with fresh test, firm texture and
natural color or other prerequisites to buyer's satisfaction.
Trend analysis done regularly on the basis of the pest/ insect catching quantity
which is caught in to the Insect Killer. It may helpful to understand that pest
control system is enough or not.
